Abstract

Based on the perspective of regional human capital carrying capacity, this study selects regional human capital carrying capacity evaluation indexes and uses the principal component analysis method to carry out factor analysis of relevant evaluation indexes, regional human capital carrying capacity evaluation indexes include: economic and social factors, innovation factors and environmental factors.
