Abstract

Based on the theory of investment risk assessment of Urban Commercial Complex and combined with domestic and foreign scholars research, investment risk of Urban Commercial Complex is predicted and evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively by the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process, Gray Theory, Fuzzy Comprehensive Method, which can provide scientific mathematics theoretical support for urban commercial complex investment.
