Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE 2019)
On May 26-27, 2019, one of the most important international event in the fields of Electrical and Electronic Engineering called 2019 2nd International Conference on Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE 2019) will be held in Hangzhou, China. In this pageant, topical issues in the fields will be discussed and communicated enthusiastically by the experts and scholars from across the world.
It's worth noting that the First EEE was successfully held on April 26-27, 2014 in Hong Kong, China and the proceedings of EEE2 014 have been published and successfully indexed in CPCI-S. Therefore, the EEE 2019 hopes to maintain the advantages of the first congress and continue to bring more professional and authoritative platform to relevant researchers and scholars.
In addition, EEE 2019 is aimed at keeping abreast of the current development and innovation in the advanced of research area on Electrical and Electronic Engineering as well as providing an engaging forum for participants to share knowledge and expertise in related issues. On the basis of successful experience accumulated in the past, cutting-edge research trends and academic achievements will be better presented and shared by this specialized platform.
Before the holding of this conference, high-quality and original contributions have been solicited for showing and publishing in the proceedings. Rigorous peer-reviewing approach was adopted for selecting excellent scientific and technical papers. Professional reviewers were assigned to peer review all the submitted articles according to their domains and the topics of papers. Each received paper was reviewed by two or three various specialists at least. In order to be fair and professional, an acceptance and invitation letter will be sent to the author only if two different experts both agree to accept an article. If two experts hold different opinions, this article will be assigned to a third expert for final judgment.
Totally, 160 papers have been received after the paper solicitation. Only 48 papers through the review process were accepted by EEE 2019. In this volume, all the accepted articles are divided into three chapters depending on the different topics:
Chapter 1: Electric and Smart Grid Engineering
Chapter 2: Power and Mechanical Engineering
Chapter 3: Intelligent System Analysis and Application
Ultimately, we sincerely appreciate the co-sponsor of The Science and Engineering Research Center, Hong Kong, the paper publication by Atlantis Press, the work and effort by the authors in preparing their submissions for review. Besides, we want to thank all the reviewers for ensuring the quality of the proceedings.
