- Abstract
Based on Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises are faced with difficult and expensive financing, Government Financing Guarantee Institutions are given to serve Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises as the main force but do not play an adequate role, by adopting the research method of combining theory with case and combining qualitative with quantitative, the article learned the advanced experience of the industry by studying the benchmark of foreign financing guarantee industry, on this basis, Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises in Beijing economic and technological development zone (hereinafter referred to as the development zone), which have the characteristics of high-quality economic development in the New Era and are dominated by high-end industries, are taken as the survey objects to understand the actual needs of enterprises. Proposed countermeasures of government funding support policy recommendations of guarantee agencies and Government Financing Guarantee Institutions to enterprise features a breakthrough in business innovation and building the multi-level Enterprise Service Home of financing lead, for Government Financing Guarantee Institutions to help Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises to develop in the New Era to provide the reference.
