Abstract

The deepening of rural development is the basis for realizing the simultaneous development of Shaanxi's four modernizations, and it is also an important link to realize the province's comprehensive construction of a well-off society in 2020. This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of new rural areas and the factors that hinder the further development of the development in Shaanxi Province. Then search for the reform path to further deepen rural development.
