Abstract

Based on the analysis of the present situation, this paper finds that there is a trend of younger basketball teachers in Colleges and universities, the proportion of teachers' professional titles is low, teachers' scientific research ability is weak, scientific research achievements are few, and teachers' opportunities for further study are few, so that the management of colleges and universities can rectify the existing problems and strengthen the construction of basketball teachers to better meet the needs of students. To improve the teaching effect of basketball elective course.
