Proceedings of the 2018 3rd International Conference on Electrical, Automation and Mechanical Engineering (EAME 2018)
It is the 3rd edition of International Conference on Electrical, Automation and Mechanical Engineering (EAME2018), which will be held on June 24-25, 2018 in Xi’an, China following the previous two successful events. In 2015, the first EAME was held on July 26-27, Phuket, Thailand and in 2017, the second EAME was held on April 23-24, Shanghai, China. Both of those conference Proceedings have been smoothly indexed in Web of Science Conference Proceedings Citation Index-Science (CPCI-S).

To ensure the scientific equality, verification and high standard of our conference, authoritative experts who do well in theses related fields has been invited. Each of them has a profound knowledge and original understanding on the challenges and opportunities faced by electrical, automation and mechanical engineering and has systematic and mature views on the future development of related fields. With the professional and valuable comments of these experts, we feel more confident to select the most outstanding papers. Here is the detailed reviewing process:
Firstly, all submissions were divided into several chapters according to their research topics, and removed the information of the authors, including name, affiliation, emails and so on. Then the TPC chairs assigned the submissions to reviewers according to their research interests. Each submission was reviewed by at least two reviewers. The review results should be sent to chairs on time. If two reviewers had conflicting opinions, the paper would be transmitted to the third reviewer assigned by the chairs. Only papers which were approved by all reviewers were accepted for publication.
Until the submission deadline, EAME2018 has received about 271 papers. After a rigorous selection, we finally accepted 82 submissions. In this book, the accepted submissions are included in 3 chapters.
