Proceedings of the 2015 International Conference on Computer Science and Intelligent Communication
It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 2015 International Conference on Computer Science and Intelligent Communication (CSIC 2015) in Zhengzhou, China, on July 18-19, 2015. The aim of CSIC 2015 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academics as well as industry professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in the area of computer science and intelligent communication. CSIC 2015 is the platform for the presentation of top and latest research results in global scientific areas. It also serves to foster communications among researcher, engineers and practitioners working in a common interest in improving computer science, communication technology, artificial intelligence and the related fields.
An international Technical Program Committee (TPC) consisting of 20 scientists was formed for CSIC 2015. A total of 440 technical papers were submitted for possible publications. Authors of the submitted papers were spread all over the world. The selection of papers for publications was made through a peer-review process. Each paper was reviewed by at least two reviewers based on originality, technical quality, presentation and writing. All the submissions were screened by the TPC members and 121 papers were finally selected for presentation at the conference. We would like to thank the authors of all 440 submissions. Their contributions made this conference possible. We are extremely grateful to the TPC members for their enormous investment of time and effort in the difficult and delicate process of review and selection. Special thanks go to Atlantis Press.
The decision of the best paper award was based on a vote among the TPC members. Two submissions received the award for best papers: “Multi-Relay Selection Algorithm for Optimizing Symbol Error Rate and Network Lifetime” by Zhenchao Wang, Yan Li and Xiaolei Yuan, and “An Incremental Evolutionary Algorithm Suitable for Industrial Platform for Analog Circuit Design” by Yuehan Gao and Jingsong He.
We wish all attendees of the CSIC 2015 conference an enjoyable scientific gathering in Zhengzhou, China. We look forward to seeing all of you next year at the conference.
