Abstract

Mobile Network Security Center (NSC) and its key service mechanism is an important part of the mobile network security management. In this paper, based on the analysis of the security requirements of the mobile network, put forward a key service mechanism for mobile networks (NSC), including the management structure, the hybrid encryption methods as well as key distribution mode. Through comparative analysis proved the effectiveness and practicality of the hybrid encryption method D_R.
