- Abstract
Traditional residential houses, which contain rich historical and cultural remains, profound cultural deposits and the wisdom to adapt to the natural climate environment of the living place, have attracted much attention recently. Based on the geographical and natural conditions, this paper takes the traditional residential buildings in southeast Hubei as an example, Combined with VENT ventilation software analysis, and summarizes its layout characteristics, architectural form, internal space organizationso as to Study its environmental adaptability and its inspiration to the current rural residential buildings.
