It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 2022 2nd International Conference on Culture, and Social Development (CDSD 2022), held during December 2 to 4, 2022, in Nanjing, China (virtual form). The conference is a continuation of the international conferences starting from 2021 and a great platform for academic communication.

The technical, economical, and cultural nature of art design determines that only with high social and economic development can art and culture flourish. And in return, as a driving factor for social and economic development, design art will better serve the social economy with its own more perfect operating system. CDSD 2022 promoted the scientific and academic information interchange among all the participants and the industrialization cooperation of academic achievements in related fields.

During the conference, we had about 100 participations both as the speakers and as the participants, including researchers, teachers, students, industrial experts, and professionals. To make this conference on schedule, we had a three-part plenary including a keynote speech delivered by four resources persons from different parts of China and other countries. All the keynote speakers have delivered expertise lectures by imparting the latest findings from their respective research domains. Among them, Assoc. Prof. Olga Morozova from Amur State University, Russia, addressed a keynote speech on The International Olympiad in the Languages and Cultures of Russian Evenki and Chinese Oroqen as aDriver of Scientific Research and Language Revitalization. He presented the experience of interregional and international cooperation of the Amur State University (Russia) and the Oroqen Scientific Society (China) in holding educational Olympiads in order to preserve, study, and revitalize the languages of the indigenous peoples of the Amur region and the results of a sociolinguistic analysis of the Olympiad data. Based on the above conclusions, he proposed the recommendations for the revitalization of the Evenki language in Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation (RF). It was a wonderful opportunity for all the participants to interact with the experts and specialists to get their advice or suggestions.

The proceedings of CDSD 2022 contain quantities of excellent papers grouped by topics. All submissions were performed double blind reviewto check their quality of content, level of innovation, significance, originality, and legibility, covering but not limited to the following topics:CulturalCreativeDesign, GraphicDesign, DigitalMediaDesign, Animation Design, Analysis and Optimization Design, Social Governance Innovation, etc.

We would like to express our gratitude to all the participants for their fruitful work and excellent contribution to CDSD 2022. Especially, we appreciate the enormous work of the editorial board and reviewers in the preparation of this volume. Also, our heartfelt thanks and appreciation go to the editors and managers of Advances in Social Science, Education and HumanitiesResearch for their help and kind cooperation during the preparation of the proceedings. The help and contribution of each individual and institution was instrumental in the success of the conference.
