- Abstract
In the context of the “double-high plan”, the problems faced by higher education institutions in the construction of “double-teacher” teachers are analyzed. Taking Beijing Institute of Electronic Science and Technology Vocational College as an example, we use the SWOT model to analyze the internal and external advantages and disadvantages of its current “dual-teacher” construction, and put forward ideas and suggestions for the construction of “dual-teacher” teachers, so as to provide a new way of thinking for the construction of a dual-teacher team with high professionalism. It also puts forward ideas and suggestions for the construction of “dual-teacher” faculty, providing a new way of thinking for building a dual-teacher team with high professionalism.
