Abstract

Large-scale mobilization of supplies and heavy equipment solution is shipping. According to the study we propose to build a shipping demand integer programming model based on task constraints, to measure shipping demand. Firstly, identify the key factors affecting the shipping. Secondly, according to the constraint transport object and sailing conditions, building integer programming model calculations shipping demand. Again according to the specific transport tasks, using the branch-and-bound algorithm for solving integer programming calculation model, to generate the set of demand initial scenario. Finally, fix the set of demand initial scenario in accordance with the constraint formation rules, get shipping demand.
