The innovative or creative economy concept is considered a solution to increasing sustainability and economic welfare. In developing countries, sector growth can reach 10% annually, which indicates the importance of the creative economy in accelerating the 2030 SDGs agenda, especially in the aspect of sustainability business that promotes equality and inclusion. The creative economy promotes significant innovation and diversification in terms of new jobs and new market segments. In Southeast Asia, especially Indonesia, the creative economy industry is dominated by videography, which utilizes digital media such as YouTube and TikTok. Digital media is a form of implementing business sustainability in the creative economy sector. Digital disruption in this technology also demands a digital revolution in various business aspects, resulting in increased digital literacy among users of these digital services. The use of technology that encourages economic improvement is one of the agendas in the digital transformation process. Strengthening digital literacy is a form of inclusion and the basis for using technology to increase competence and business opportunities. This condition was also strengthened through the shift in revolution from 4.0, which refers to technology, to 5.0, which focuses on humans (human-centered). Revolution 5.0 is a concept of an industrial revolution that aims to increase production efficiency through the use of the latest technology and re-install a business’s role in society’s welfare to create a sustainable human-centric ecosystem. Referring to the need to strengthen digital literacy in increasing competence in the Society 5.0 era and the enthusiasm to develop research with accurate contributions from three necessary parties in business studies and digitalization, the Management Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business, the Universitas Negeri Malang in 2023 will hold the 3rd Business Innovation Sustainability and Technology International Conference (BISTIC) 2023 in Malang by online.
