The first Brawijaya International Conference on Multidisciplinary Sciences and Technology 2020 (BICMST 2020) is successfully held by Forum of Vice Dean for General and Finance Affairs (FORWADEK II), Universitas Brawijaya (UB) on January 2-3, 2020 at Widyaloka Hall UB, Malang. The theme of this year is “Sustainable Future for Human and Natural Resources Development”. The conference is aimed to increase the understanding on multidisciplinary knowledge and to find the red line between each discipline in order to have comprehensive understanding about human and nature. Furthermore, it was also to promote multidisciplinary scientific research collaborations by fellow scientists in Indonesia and overseas.

In the BICMST 2020, we organized multidisciplinary studies with the sub-themes such as law, economy, social, humanities, linguistics, natural sciences, mathematics, medical, veterinary, animal husbandry, farming, fisheries, computer sciences, technology, etc. About 421 participants from Indonesia, Gambia, Sudan, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, USA, and Japan. We would like to thank all participants for their contribution talks and their contribution in sending their articles to be published in journal and proceedings.

We would also like to thank the international advisory and scientific committee for their guidance, as well as keynote and invited speakers for spending time and sharing with us the future trends of multidisciplinary research. Last but not least, we would like to express our appreciation to the reviewers for their supportive response and also thanks to all of technical committee.
