The problem that hinders the achievement of the green economy is also caused by the absence of integrated policies that support child-friendly tourism places from sexual violence, as evidenced by the presence of children who are victims of sexual violence in tourist attractions. The research method used is normative juridical. The results showed that legal protection is needed through special regulations governing the protection of children from sexual violence that occurs in tourist attractions in supporting the green economy through an integrated policy.
