Abstract

Under the new economic normal, China's economic structure and employment structure have undergone profound changes. With the increasing number of college graduates, college students are facing severe employment pressure. Under the new employment situation, young college students are confronted with new challenges and opportunities. Young college students should recognize the situation, change their concepts, constantly improve their comprehensive quality, do a good job of pre-training, and grasp the further trend of employment.
