- Abstract
By constructing a real and accurate data set and a collaborative and efficient management mechanism, lean management of State Grid Investment lays a foundation for the company to mine the value of data and promote the implementation of the new concept of data-driven management. Focus on 10 kV and below power grid infrastructure projects, build a data index system, monitor the matching, integrity, accuracy and compliance of the key links of project initiation, start and production information, in-depth analysis of the existing management problems, and put forward relevant suggestions.
