Abstract

The LDA Model is a topic model commonly used in natural language processing. It mines the topic in three steps. First, calculates the topics of each document in the document set in the form of probability distribution. Second, extracts the actual topics after analyzing those documents in the same subject. Third, mines those factual topics by topic clustering or text classifying. This paper uses the LDA model to analyze the articles and news texts published on the topic of Economic and Trade exchanges between Guangxi Province and ASEAN Countries on the website of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It summarizes 11 topics of economic and trade activities between the two sides from 2017 to 2021. It calculates topic intensity and discovers the cooperative industries with high frequency. It provides a reference direction for further promoting the cooperation and development of the two sides.
