Abstract

The sustainability of companies largely determined by the performance of which is owned by the company. This study aims to determine the determinants of business sustainability in the sharia People's Financing Bank Harta Insan Karimah (BPRS HIK). This research is qualitative research using primary and secondary data obtained from Bank BPRS HIK through interview, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study as many as thirteen people originating from internal and external parties-party Bank BPRS HIK. The methods used in this research was the interaction of the Caliphate and for conducting research, the researchers did a remembrance, prayer, tafakur and ihsan. The results showed that the determinant of sustainability Bank BPRS HIK for twenty-six years is not only the extent of financial performance (effect outwardly) only, namely in the form of the trust of the community by assembling funds third parties from year to year the increasing and division for competitive outcomes with other Islamic banks. But the sustainability of this Bank BPRS HIK enhanced with sought spiritual as one of the ways to attract God's help in addressing the problems facing Bank BPRS HIK. Spiritual endeavor to do i.e. do remembrance, morning and evening prayer, taklim, praying duha, prayer congregation, and charity Trustees done mainstay Bank BPRS HIK before doing its job everyday. The outward and spiritual endeavors carried out by Bank BPRS HIK called the movement of heaven and earth.
