This conference brought together experts, scholars, business elites and other representatives in the fields of applied economics, management science and social development from home and abroad to discuss and share the latest scientific research results and to promote academic research as well as industrial and economic innovation in relevant fields. The conference attracted over 100 experts and scholars from all over the world, demonstrating the international influence of the conference. Meanwhile, the committee members consist of renowned scholars and experts from different countries and regions, who together provided solid support for the success of the conference, injecting a strong impetus to the internationalization process of the conference. Besides, some young scholars also delivered oral presentations, presenting their researches while getting advice from other experts. The experts and scholars shared their latest achievements and experiences and discussed the key challenges and development direction of applied economics, management science and social development, jointly contributing to heated academic atmosphere throughout the conference. As for the theme of the conference, a wide range of fields such as Economic Growth and Technological Innovation, Economic Transformation, International Operation Management, Artificial Intelligence and Internet Economy, Sustainable Human and Social Development, etc. are covered. These topics were set up to attract more experts and scholars to participate and jointly promote the development of the fields of applied economics, management science and social development. After rigorous review, the excellent contributions are accepted and included in this proceedings.
