Call for Papers - Special Issue on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Microbiome

The Journal of Artificial Intelligence for Medical Sciences is pleased to announce an upcoming special issue on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Microbiome. In this special issue, we present papers on the development of artificial intelligence techniques for analyzing microbiome data, including those on the impact of microbes, genomes, metagenomes, metabolism, proteome et al., related to public health and environment. Research and methodological studies will be considered for publication as well as high-quality narrative and systematic reviews. Guest Editors for this special issue are Xingpeng Jiang (Central China Normal University, China), Kang Ning (Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China), Cuncong Zhong (University of Kansas, United States), and Dan Xie (Hubei University of Chinese Medicine, China). This special issue will focus on translating AI research that aims to solve specific challenges in diagnostic imaging and promote medical imaging use cases for AI algorithm development and applications with clinical validation, deployment and performance monitoring in clinical practice.
