Abstract

There are many problems in the service of college student volunteers in college libraries. This paper conducts relevant investigations and researches on this phenomenon, discusses the relevant factors of problem formation, and puts forward some practical suggestions to promote the volunteers in the university library to realize the benign development of volunteers themselves, libraries, and services.
