Abstract

Farmland circulation is an inherent requirement to achieve the appropriate scale of land management, develop modern agriculture, increase farmers' income, and optimize the allocation of rural resources. According to the difference between the main body and the contribution of farmland circulation, this paper divides the existing farmland circulation pattern into government-led farmland circulation mode and farmer-led farmland circulation mode. At the same time, the paper analyzes the operation performance of two kinds of farmland circulation modes in accordance with the principle of consent consistency. The conclusion is that the operation performance of farmer-led farmland circulation mode is much better than government-led farmland circulation mode; it will become the main mode of farmland circulation in the future.
